GEORGE WESTERMAN, MD, CPE, FACPE, FABUAURP, LTD

Doctor George Westerman is a distinguished Military Graduate of the Culver Military Academy. His undergraduate education in Psychology was completed at Stanford University, and his medical education was received at Hahnemann Medical College. He concluded an internship in Internal Medicine before receiving his Psychiatric residency training at the University Of California Medical Center in San Francisco, CA.

Whether you are a new client or have previously had mental  health services or any medical services, put out of your mind large, cold, impersonal offices where you are kept waiting for  your appointment and no one knows your name or why you are there.

 

Westerman and Associates may sound large, but it is a small practice of professionals dedicated to individualized care. Penny will assist you when you call or come for an appointment.  We believe in spending sufficient time with the client during an appointment.

 

We also schedule appointments often enough to insure proper care. This is possible by a partnership of clients and providers who each realize a responsibility for the success of the relationship.

 

Paula J. Sheldon, M.S., MFT, CTS, CSOTS, SAP

Paula J. Sheldon, is a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) specializing in the provision of therapeutic assistance for people who find themselves in difficult and/or painful personal situations.

Patient and Provider Responsibilities

The provider’s responsibilities include setting aside a time for your appointment, seeing you at the time scheduled, greeting you as a valued customer, providing services that address your needs, providing prescriptions and being available for assistance by telephone between visits.

 

The clients responsibilities include remembering his/her appointment, being on time (even in Las Vegas) for the appointment, taking medications as prescribed, not calling for medication refills except in an emergency, canceling or changing appointments no less than 24 hours in advance for any reason & being honest about any problem which is interfering with their treatment.
